The 2017 5K Run For Wilmington & Kim Forte Walk 
On April 23rd, 2017 W.O.W (We're One Wilmington) held the 7th annual Run for Wilmington & Kim Forte Walk. Thank you to our very own Tom Pazyra for putting together this touching tribute to Kim’s memory.

 

 

Wilmington High School Pops Concert
The Jazz bands brought some Uptown Funk, Soundscape paid tribute to Queen with a nice medley, and there was a special trip to Westeros at the April 8th Pops concert.

 

Election Night 2017
Did you miss any of WCTV's Live 2017 Town Election coverage? WCTV Executive Director Shaun Neville & Town Moderator Robert Peterson Jr talk with Town Clerk Sharon George, Robert Hayes from the Wilmington Apple, and the candidates about this year’s race for Selectmen and School Committee.

 

 

Bridging The Digital Divide
Episode 4 of "Bridging The Digital Divide" is all about the Digital Library. Brad & Lisa are back in the booth talking about how the digital realm and the world of public libraries are coming together.

 

School Committee: April 26th, 2017
Wednesday’s School Committee was the first meeting of Jennifer Bryson after her election win. It was also the first meeting since the passing of Joanne Benton, to honored her memory the School Committee read one of her favorite book. Dr. Seuss' "Oh, The Places You'll Go!" Board of Selectmen: April 24th, 2017
Monday’s Board of Selectmen meeting saw the debut meeting of newly elected Selectmen Ed Loud &  recognition for The Wilmington Girls Youth Hockey U10 for winning the State Championships. Congratulations girls great job! You can check out the full agenda here.

 

#TBT: Throwback Thursday
Don’t forget to tune into the public channel (Comcast 9 / Verizon 37) every Thursday for “Throwback Thursday,” for a blast from Wilmington's past. This week's #TBT video is the Election Night from 20 years ago. This election was likely the closest contest in town history.

 

1st Annual Special Olympics at WHS Photo Album
