WCTV Scholarship

Each year, WCTV hands out scholarships to graduating Wilmington seniors, usually to students who are pursuing a degree in a communications field or who have spent time volunteering at the station throughout their high school tenure.

The scholarship is up to $1,500 and is awarded after the student completes the first semester of college.  It is available to any Wilmington resident, whether they go to Wilmington High School, Shawsheen Tech or another private school.

Applicants will need to write an essay on their personal goals, accomplishments and why they chose their field of study.

Applications are due on May 5th.  All applicants will be reviewed by the WCTV Scholarship Committee, which is made up by members of the station's Board of Directors.  If you have any questions, please give the station a call (978-657-4066) or email (wctv@wctv.org).
