Jimmy Trenton Takes on the World! is a web series created by J.T. Kilburn that follows the character of Jimmy Trenton. Jimmy is a chaotic, overworked, idiotic mess, who, along with his level-headed partner in crime Richard, makes wacky, over-the-top, low budget commercials for his various businesses. With his trusty green screen, Jimmy can travel anywhere in the world, but he usually decides to put random stock footage in the background instead. Jimmy’s business ventures are never successful, but he just doesn’t know when to quit. Every time a business goes under, Jimmy just starts a new one, creating a karate dojo, a zoo, a pizzaria, a full-contact breakdance fighting studio, and more! So if you want to watch Jimmy’s zany hijinks and Richard’s sarcastic insults, then you’ve got to check out Jimmy Trenton Takes on the World!

Book Stew has been produced and hosted by Eileen MacDougall on WCTV since 2013. The monthly, 30 minute video and podcast features local and nationally known award-winning authors such as Deesha Philyaw, Leesa Cross-Smith, Peter Swanson, Stanley Forman, Lamar Giles, Jane Healey, Tia Williams, Dan Kennedy, Naima Coster, and Andrew Bacevich, whose 2018 interview was awarded First Place for Profile Talk Show in the 21st Video Festival Alliance for Community Media. Eileen is also a Wilmington Memorial Library Trustee, a former President of the Friends of the Wilmington Memorial Library, and she writes the weekly Book Stew Reviews column for the Wilmington Town Crier.
